Twitopolis is live

I’ve created yet another Grails based application and this one has a Twitter focus. It is called Twitopolis.com.

I originally started writing it back in August or so and got sidetracked, but I dusted it off, finished up the UI and got it on a server.

All told this one took about a week and half worth of work with most of it dedicated to parsing the feed and changing up the URLs and such. According to grails stats, there are a whopping 420 lines of code amongst the controllers, domain classes, etc. in 9 files (tests excluded). Combined with a handfull of a UI pages and it is a pretty small app.

Now, I just need to get the word out and get some traffic!
