New laptop for the wife
My wife really missed her laptop, which I broke a couple months ago, so I split the cost of a new one with her. Like her last one, this one is a HP, but it is much better than her previous one. I got her a couple of upgrades like a gig of memory, bigger hard drive and better graphics. In the end, it was about the same price that I paid for her previous laptop, although much, much better.
The funny thing though is that in the past week that she has had it, I’ve used it more than she has. I’ve been working on our new venture, reading a lot of blogs, etc. I don’t have a laptop of my own — I can’t afford the ones I want — but this one isn’t too bad to work with. I have never been fond of touchpads, so I’m pretty much stuck using either Dells or Lenova laptops.
Did I metion that all she has done so far is play the free games that came with it? However,
she has gotten into blogging as well, so I anticipate that she will be doing more ‘work’ in the future on it.
