More bad luck
Well I had my one big night and it has been total downslide from there. Nothing seems to be going right. If I’m patient I get run down and drawn out, if I get a little more aggresive, same thing. It is quite frustrating to say the least.
I don’t think I’m fundamentally doing anything wrong, although I could be. Maybe it is my game selection. For the moment though I’m going to take a breather and maybe wait until I can get into a bigger game, such as a 20-40 limit or even a 30-60 limit game and see how I do.
The only decent game I had was a small tournament at South Coast. I got crippled at about the 3rd blind level when I flopped trips and ran into a set of Aces. Ouch. No complaints on that one though, I had a good hand and so did he. I’m just glad I had more chips than he did! After that I waited for something to go in on and after two more blind levels I had to make a move with a QTos. I ran into AKs and it was all over. Oh well.
